DOMESTIC SHIPPING
The processing time for orders is 2-6 days. After your order has been shipped, delivery time within the United States is 2-7 business days.
$6.99 flat rate for US Customers under $100. Orders $100 and over ship free via USPS or UPS.
You should receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your order leaves our fulfillment center.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently do not offer international shipping.
RETURNS
Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to us within 7 days of delivery.
If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may return your unused product in its original condition within 14 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for the shipping cost on all return items. A refund will be sent to the original form of payment. Exchanges are currently not available at this time.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
